Choose your perfect diamond in person at our studio or online using our selection tool. If ordering online, follow the secure payment instructions, and await confirmation—availability is subject to international supply.

Once confirmed, your diamond will be inspected by our quality control team to ensure it meets our high standards. In the rare instance we cannot fulfil your order, we’ll offer an equal or better diamond at no additional cost.

	Crafting your Ring Once your design is finalised, our skilled craftspeople will bring your custom diamond ring to life. The crafting process typically takes up to three weeks, depending on the intricacies of your order. If you need your ring sooner, we’ll accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
	Quality Control Every diamond piece undergoes a meticulous quality-control inspection to uphold our high standards. Our team ensures that both the craftsmanship and the diamonds meet our stringent criteria, guaranteeing exceptional beauty and lasting durability.
	Shipping Your jewellery is carefully packaged in discreet packaging to keep the contents a surprise. Once the quality-control inspection is complete, we securely ship your custom ring to your designated location. If your purchase is a surprise or you can’t be home for delivery, you can arrange to have it delivered to a trusted friend, family member, or work address. Contact us to set this up.
